Today, we’re giving our hearts some TLC in a CARDIO💜 workout that’s QUICK-MOVING, MODERATE, and absolutely perfect for reaching our WEIGHT LOSS goal🏆!

It’s Day ONE of the May👒 7-day series, my friends, and today is gonna knock your socks🧦 off!  (Unless, of course, you like wearing socks… and maybe even shoes!)

Timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest; complete each circuit twice.
