QUICK FACTS: Level THREE | All STANDING, NO Squats | No Equipment | Cardio HIIT
So, you’d like to start your Monday with some sweat, but maybe not so much with the jumping and the lunging and the getting up and down from the floor? Well then, my dear Killer B, this great KNEE FRIENDLY cardio HIIT is just the thing you’re looking for today!
It’s LOW IMPACT (that means no jumping!), all standing (no transitions to the ground) and we aren’t doing any squats (I know you know what that means, LOL)! Oh, but we are getting your heart rate UP and burning about 200 calories in just under 20 minutes. There’s a nice little warm up included at the beginning, and a couple of suggested videos at the end if you want to keep the cardio party going or finish up your workout with some tough (and oh-so-important!) balance and core strengthening work.
Honestly? This is one of the best, simplest and most FUN workouts I think I’ve ever made. Which is really saying something, now that I’m cruising around the corner to 600 workout videos!
The only equipment you need is a sense of humor and maybe a sweat towel. And when you’re ready, you know I’m ready.
