It’s Super Bowl Sunday (for those of us who celebrate, LOL), and I’ve got another SUPER Mini Challenge for us this week, Killer Bs! We’re getting FULL BODY FIT this week with some tough and sweaty workouts.
First, a couple of notes:
We are back to the Level THREE+ Mini Challenge only, but if you are a Level ONE or TWO B, I’ve got you covered with my brand new 30 Day NO JUMPING Jump Start workout program. (You can learn all about that over HERE.)
Also, due to some unforeseen technical issues, there is NO new walk + run podcast this week. This should be a brief and temporary hiatus, and you can still get your Tuesday indoor RUN on with an oldie but a goodie. 🙂

On MONDAY, we’re starting the week with a super BOUNCY good time! This 30 minute MINI TRAMPOLINE / REBOUNDER workout is all cardio and all FUN!
TUESDAY’s walk and run is a particular favorite of mine, an INDOOR 5K with very manageable walking and running intervals and a lively conversation.
WEDNESDAY brings us a tough LOW IMPACT MetCon workout with a kettlebell. If you haven’t done MetCon (metabolic conditioning) before, you’re in for a treat! It’s alternating CARDIO and STRENGTH for a super effective and efficient full body burn and tone.
On THURSDAY we’ve got another variation on that MetCon theme with a wonderful 45 minute LOW IMPACT CARDIO + Standing ABS routine.
And FRIDAY, we’re finishing off the week of sweat with… more sweat! This DUMBBELL TABATA workout is made to sculpt and tone long, lean muscles while getting your heart rate up, up, UP!
