#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 Week SEVEN, February 12 – 16

Valentine’s Day is coming, and that means it’s the week of LOVE, Killer Bs!  And where better to start than with SELF LOVE, one of the most critical (yet overlooked) aspects of mental and physical fitness?  Loving yourself takes so many forms, but I think you know that my favorite is getting a good sweat.  🙂

So of course we’ve got a terrific Mini Challenge this week of fabulous workouts that will have you feeling the burn as well as the love!

2018 February 12-16 #PahlaBMiniChallenge Week SEVEN

On MONDAY, we’re kicking things off with one of the toughest and sweatiest workouts I’ve made – a non-stop CARDIO TONING high-low workout that will sculpt and slim your whole body.

TUESDAY’S all-new RUN + WALK podcast is all about RUNNING a MARATHON!  No matter if this distance isn’t on your bucket list, we’re having a lot of fun with long running intervals and interesting conversation.

WEDNESDAY has us sweating up a storm with a LOW IMPACT BODYWEIGHT METCON, but don’t let the fact that there’s no equipment and no jumping fool you – this one’s a sweat-fest!

On THURSDAY, we’ve got a fun CARDIO, AGILITY + CORE challenge that will help you develop balance and coordination (yay!) while we’re burning calories and fat.

And FRIDAY, we’re rounding out our sweaty week with a perfectly brutal stack of HOT 100 workouts, including a quick boot camp, a total body tone up and the super fast-paced Day 50 cardio HIIT.
