Happy (almost) New Year and happy new Mini Challenge, Killer Bs! If I’m being totally honest (and why wouldn’t I be?), I am really glad to see 2018 coming to an end. It was a difficult year for me in a lot of ways, and I’m really looking forward to new and better things ahead in 2019!
Of course, I know not everybody feels that way, so here at Pahla B Fitness central, I try to make sure the changes are always good ones.

Here’s what’s staying the same: they’re still FREE, they’re still five days of suggested workouts to keep you motivated and help you meet your goals, and they’ll still arrive as if by magic into your inbox on Sunday mornings if you sign up with the form at the end of this post!
Here’s what’s NEW:
You’ll now have THREE categories to choose from for your daily workouts – NEW Bs (Level ONE or TWO, there will always be some seated options), RUNNER Bs (five days of run-walk workouts with one or two short core strength suggestions) or KILLER Bs (Level THREE+, a tough mix of strength and cardio workouts, with occasional surprises to keep you on your game).
