My friends, as we wind up this zany, unpredictable, exceptional year of 2020, I have something important to tell you: I’M SUPER PROUD OF EACH AND EVERY ONE OF YOU!⭐🤩💛
These past 12 months have brought lots of changes to our lives, but you know what? WE PERSEVERED!🎆
I’ve said it before and I want to reiterate once again how much inspiration I get from all of you as we WORK TOGETHER to reach our goals💯. Improving our fitness is one of the most valuable self-investments we can ever make.
If you’re reading this message right now, you are putting your health first, and I AM HONORED to be part of your journey!👏
As we look back over the last year, let’s celebrate our victories🥳, recalibrate goals we’re still working toward📓, and give some thought to how we’d like to take on 2021💭.
The year is almost done, and here’s the Mini Challenge to help you FINISH it out strong, with a great week of workouts, planned and ready to go! ✅
Here’s how the Mini Challenge works:
- Choose a GOAL – weight loss (for weight loss) or body shaping (for maintaining your weight and improving your fitness)
- Follow the WORKOUTS for your goal – if you’re losing weight, each day’s effort should feel very moderate and consistent (because weight loss over 50 is driven by eating the right number of calories consistently); if you’re shaping your body, one day will be an intense push, two days will be very relaxed and the rest of the days should feel mild to moderate. Changing your intensity is what changes your body.
- The BONUS CONTENT is appropriate for either goal.
