You voted for it, and here it is: a 30 minute PILATES workout for BEGINNERS! Bodyweight STRETCHING and CORE STRENGTH exercises put together in a relaxing flow style. We’re building long, lean muscles, increasing flexibility and enhancing core stability with this gentle yet invigorating workout.
I admit, I was pleasantly surprised with this one. I’m not any kind of Pilates expert, but the core strength required for these exercises was not beyond me (thank goodness), nor do I think it will be beyond you.
There’s some standing work with squats and some floor work with planking, so it’s not meant for absolute beginners, but the volume of work and pace of the workout are still quite beginner friendly.

BEGINNER (Level 2)
Under 30 minutes
Warm Up and Cool Down:
Approximately 100 – 150
Workout Set Up:
Somewhere between 5-10 reps of each exercise (I honestly wasn’t even counting!)
Walk Out to Pilates Push Up
Single Leg Plank to Pikes
Kneeling Side Kicks
Single Leg Stretch (Criss Cross)
