40 Minute POWER WALK with BALANCE Practice, Low Impact Workout at Home

It’s the perfect combination: a fast-paced and fun POWER WALK with challenging BALANCE PRACTICE. This fantastic home workout is LOW IMPACT (no jumping) but high intensity, with plenty of heart-pounding cardio, and just the right amount of single-sided balance work to keep you on your toes.

It’s Thorough Thursday, so I’ve got a warm up, a cool down, and plenty of sweat in between! No equipment needed and no transitions to the ground required.

SET UP:
The handy-dandy Gymboss is set for 20-second intervals and none of them is rest! Round ONE is walking + exercise + balance; Round TWO is walking + balance; do each exercise 2x to hold the balance pose on each side

Arm Circles with High Knees
Arm Crossers with Booty Kickers
Flying Welcome to My Homes
