Today we’re standing tall🧍‍♀️ with a calm BALANCE and POSTURE routine that will leave you feeling STRONG and INVIGORATED!

My friends, today’s workout is a tall order🦒 – both gentle and effective – but we’re totally up to the task!  We’re doing a variety of soothing FUNCTIONAL FITNESS moves that give us all kinds of benefits.  We’re going at a pace🏁 that makes sense for these exercises, which will strengthen your CORE, improve your BALANCE, and gently STRETCH your muscles.

This is the kind of functional workout that helps us stay INDEPENDENT🥰 and MOBILE🤗 for as long as possible.
