Don’t underestimate the power of a quick and sweaty workout! Just 15 minutes of this CARDIO ABS HIIT workout is enough to shape and tone your belly while burning fat and calories. No jumping, no transitions to the floor, no repeat, and no equipment needed, but plenty of high intensity exercise. We’re getting our heart rate nice and high while our feet stay on the ground, and getting laser-focused on the midsection.
You don’t necessarily have to exercise longer to get results, you just have to exercise well. Working at your best intensity in long intervals with little rest is an effective way to burn fat and shape your body when you’re pressed for time.
