Happy May 2👒, Killer Bs!  We’re doing our BEST WORK today by grabbing a moderate set of dumbbells (or feel free to do the workout without them) and enjoying exercises that strengthen our midsection. There’s nothing like a nice STRONG CORE to make you feel slim🧍!
