You want fitness results, but how in the world do you choose the BEST workout routine to get you where you want to go? Are they all the same? Can you get visible abs from a weight loss program? How do you pick the right program?
My friends, I have the answer to all these questions and many more.
And while we’re figuring out your workout routine, Let’s RUN! We’ll cover about 3 miles (5800 steps, burning about 300 calories) in 40 minutes, with intervals of 2 minutes and 1 minute.
I’ll be WALKING the longer intervals and RUNNING the other, but you can use this workout in a way that suits you best.
First, let’s talk about what you need to know before you choose a fitness routine:
- What RESULTS do you want? I ask you this a lot, I know. But it’s important! If you don’t know what you want, it’s impossible to get.
- What are the biology and mechanics of HOW to get those results? This is the piece of the puzzle that’s missing from most programs, and arguably the most crucial information. What do you need to actually DO to get what you want? This is where expert advice comes in handy.
- Understand and use the 80/20 RULE. Nearly all training can utilize this handy guideline to get maximum results in minimum time.

Then, we’ll chat about how these principles apply in the real world, with your real goals, such as:
