We’re getting in some lovely and gentle RECOVERY movement today with a good handful of dynamic stretching poses.
It doesn’t take much time or effort to get our blood flowing and help our muscles repair and recover after yesterday’s PUSH day.
We’re all standing today with no transitions to the ground, and this workout includes a thorough warm up and brief cool down.
