It’s a RECOVERY day and we’re working very gently on strengthening our CORE today with a lazy-day floor workout!
We’re staying super close to the ground, with only a little bit of work on our wrists and no standing, but don’t let the slow pace fool you! This work is ESSENTIAL to your health and fitness, and the foundation of every other movement you ever make.
Recovery work like this makes you stronger, more flexible and more balanced – even though we’re laying on the ground the whole time! 😅
