Today’s great LOW IMPACT cardio toning workout is perfectly MODERATE, while still being plenty sweaty (and of course lots of fun)!
This efficient and effective routine is the best of all worlds, helping us improve our cardiovascular endurance, balance skills, muscle endurance and toning all at the same time!
There’s no jumping or transitions to the ground and you can use your lightest dumbbells or not. Includes a warm up and cool down.

Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete one exercise then rest, then the first two exercises before resting; “inchworm” through the list of exercises and repeat the circuit twice
