We’re going FIVE POUNDS DOWN every four weeks in 2022, and today we’re boosting our calorie burn🔥 in a CARDIO & STRENGTH routine that’s quick-moving, effective, and just plain fun💃!

We’re working our entire body in this no-repeat routine that alternates between cardio💛 and strength💪 for a WEIGHT LOSS workout that covers all the bases⚾!  With a quick pace and a variety of moves, we’re knocking efficiency and calorie burning out of the park!

In This Workout:

SET UP:
Timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds of cardio followed by 20 seconds of rest; then 20 seconds of strength followed by 20 sections of rest.
