It’s March, and today’s fantastic POWER WALK is being served in exercise triplets – WALKINGšŸ‘£, a LOW IMPACT CARDIOšŸ’› move, plus a BALANCEāš–ļø exercise. 

While we’re exercising, we’re chattingšŸ’¬ about the importance of balance – especially as we get… ahem, older – and how routines like this can help us MAINTAIN and IMPROVE this important skill.  As we’ve all heard, practice makes perfect, and this workout gives us plenty of itšŸ‘šŸ»!
