We’re WALKING tall today🚶‍♀️, my friends, in a 2,000-step workout that’s quick-moving, informative, and just plain fun🎉!  And we’re throwing in some BALANCE practice, too, because… well, that’s what we do!

It’s March, and today’s fantastic POWER WALK is being served in exercise triplets – WALKING👣, a LOW IMPACT CARDIO💛 move, plus a BALANCE⚖️ exercise. 

While we’re exercising, we’re chatting💬 about the importance of balance – especially as we get… ahem, older – and how routines like this can help us MAINTAIN and IMPROVE this important skill.  As we’ve all heard, practice makes perfect, and this workout gives us plenty of it👍🏻!
