Designed for beginners with no transitions to the ground, no jumping, no squatting and no equipment needed, we’re working on cardiovascular health, endurance, and core strength in a perfect 30 minute package.

HIIT timer is set for 15-second intervals; do one exercise then rest, relentlessly; complete the CARDIO circuit twice before moving on to the standing abs. For STANDING ABS, do each exercise for two intervals (30 seconds) before resting; no repeat
