My friends, it’s April🌷, and we’re doing double duty today in this WEIGHT LOSS and TONING workout that’s perfect for women of “a certain age.”  With simple movements (that are somehow still a challenge to our coordination!) we’re building ENDURANCE and MUSCLE TONE, too.
