It’s already done | Mini Challenge 9

Killer Bs, I had kind of a big day yesterday.

So very happy at the finish line of a long (and really successful) race.

And when I got home last night, I was exhausted! But I knew that I still needed to finish up this week’s Mini Challenge, and you know what completely saved my bacon?

It was already done.

And that, my friends, is the real magic of the Mini Challenge!

Each day, when you’re tired (because you’ve just woken up, or just come home from a long day at work) and you don’t know what to do, your workout has already been chosen for you.
