Ahh, but if you answered, “no.” Why?
Do you think goals are only built from pain, suffering, hard work and sacrifice? Because I have totally felt that way before, and I’ve recently decided to challenge that notion.
I have some enormous, lofty goals this year, both personally and in my business. And for me, part of the process of looking forward to plan my goals includes looking back at what has worked for me in the past (remember when we talked about this?).
Here’s something that comes up again and again for me: when I’m doing the right things, getting my goals feels easy.
“But, Pahla,” you might be thinking, “how do I know what the right things are that I should be doing?”
You’re going to love this.
The right things are the things that feel easy!
It’s not that they’re the “right” things for everybody, it’s that they smooth out YOUR life, they help you get YOUR goals. They’re the right things for YOU.
