Have you ever noticed how many times you use the word “should” in your everyday life, especially when talking about yourself🤔? “I SHOULD sleep more. I SHOULD have reached my goal weight by now. I SHOULD be more active.”
It can sound like a broken record💿! And the worst part is the end result: We often “should” ourselves into not getting the OUTCOMES we want👎🏼.
Friends, in today’s episode of the Fitness Matters podcast we’re talking about this POWERFUL💪 word and the FEELINGS and RESULTS it can create in our lives. Many times, using this term day after day can generate frustration, regret, guilt, or sadness😔. And we often use the expression without even thinking.
But how can we change a HABIT that’s become second nature🌳 to us?
