It’s AUGUST👓, my friends, and today we’ve got a KNEE-FRIENDLY STRENGTH workout that checks a multitude of boxes on our fitness to-do list.

Who says women over 50 can’t feel STRONG💪 and POWERFUL🦁? We’re debunking that myth today with a fun, simple routine that features a variety of effective exercises. We’re working our bodies from head👩 to toe👣, and it’s PERFECTLY DOABLE!  I’m using dumbbells, but you can use water bottles, soup cans – or feel free to do the workout with no weights at all.

Your body is going to feel GREAT🌟 after this routine, so let’s GO!

Timer is set for intervals of 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest; complete the circuit twice.

WARM UP

High Knee Peek-a-Boos
Split Stance Bicep Curls
Cross Body Crunches
Side Kick Front Raise
Flying Side Bends
Front Punch Back Steps
Three Point Crunches

FINISHER:
