FAST + EFFICIENT | #PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018, June 4 – 8, Week TWENTY-TWO

I know that technically, the calendar disagrees with me, but here in California it’s full-on SUMMER!  For me, that means it’s hot and there’s time to be spent with my kiddos, so I have very little patience with long, drawn-out workouts.  For the next couple of weeks, I’m all about getting my workouts DONE (and finished!) as efficiently as possible.

Which also, in a weird way, means that I’m more likely to do HARDER workouts!

I know that sounds funny, but here’s what I mean:  if I’m only willing to spend 10 – 20 minutes working out, those better be quality minutes, with full body, complex exercises that get my heart pounding and shape up every muscle group they can.

So, hey, not coincidentally… our Mini Challenge workouts are nice and TOUGH this week!  🙂

#PahlaBMiniChallenge 2018 June 4 - 8 Week TWENTY-TWO

Starting with MONDAY’S all new TOUGH TONING workout, we are really challenging ourselves with our heaviest dumbbells.  It’s a one-time-through workout that’s just over ten minutes long, so you can really burn it out with each exercise.

On TUESDAY, I’ve got a super fun (and super fast – it’s just over five minutes long!), heart-pounding FAT LOSS CARDIO workout that will surprise you with how sweaty five minutes can really be!  Of course, if you’d like to go longer, there’s another bodyweight-only suggested STACKER at the end of the video.

WEDNESDAY’S workout has us RUNNING WITH WEIGHTS, but not at the same time.  We’re running, then we’re doing strength work.  It’s not as crazy as the title sounds.  🙂

On THURSDAY, there’s more high heart rate but LOW IMPACT CARDIO, with one of my favorite (and most popular) videos.  Just ten minutes long, no jumping and no equipment needed.

And FRIDAY, we’re finishing up the week with a slow-moving YOGA FLOW.  But don’t let the speed of the movements fool you!  This is a tough little nugget of a workout, stretching and strengthening every muscle with no equipment.
