Today we’re grabbing our LIGHTEST DUMBBELLS and going for a fantastically fun WALK!  It’s no secret that WALKING is one of nature’s best exercises, and when we add a little weight to the picture🖼️, the benefits multiply!  

This quick routine promotes fitness for our heart💚, our bones🦴, our muscles💪, and our mind🧠 – it packs a lot of punch👊 in just over 20 minutes!  And it’s the perfect way to set the stage for health and fitness for years to come🤗. 

BONUS?  The exercises are SHOULDER FRIENDLY!

At the top of every minute of WALKING, complete 15 seconds of CARDIO TONING exercises; complete the circuit twice; there is NO REST.

WARM UP

Low Double Knees
Push Push
Wide Open Side Kicks

Skiers

FINISHER:
