It’s OCTOBER🍂, and we’re kicking off this 5-day series with a sweaty WALKING WORKOUT that gets your metabolism revving🚗 and takes you one step closer👣 to your WEIGHT LOSS goal!  This fantastic workout will leave you energized to face the rest of your day – no matter what comes your way!

Today’s routine is super fun🥳 (there may be singing involved🎵!), and we are focusing on moderation – the absolute key to WEIGHT LOSS (and for basically everything good in life✌)!

If you like variety, I gotcha covered there, too. We’re doing stepstools🪑 that can be modified for just the right amount of challenge. Perfect for ALL AGES AND FITNESS LEVELS!

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete these exercises in “stepstools” of three by starting with one exercise then resting, adding a second exercise then resting, and finally completing all three before resting and moving on to the next set.

Stepstool Two:
Low Swinging Tappers
Front Punch Kicks
Rainbow Jacks

Stepstool Three:
Can Cans
Walking Stars
Star Bursts

Stepstool Four:
Push Push
Booty Kicker Jacks
Overhead to High Knees

Stepstool Five:
Punch Down Tap Outs
Wide Open Side Kicks
Double Knees

FINISHER (one interval on each side):
Single Sided Leg Twister Jacks
