Killer Bs, starting tomorrow February 1st, I’ll be releasing an all-new, beautifully moderate😅 (aka, just right for women of a “certain age”) workout video every day for seven days.

This seven day series is perfect for YOU, and perfectly repeatable 🔁 for the whole month of February! (And by the way, repetition is the BEST way to master your workouts, and see real improvement in your fitness💪 over the course of the month.)

Rather than putting out random😵 videos once a week, from now on, I’ll be releasing a 💕MONTHLY CHALLENGE💕 series each and every month🗓 – seven days in a row of new videos that are DESIGNED👩‍🎨 to go together in a program that meets your fitness goals:

Wanna maintain your weight and enjoy your fitness? 💃 Fantastic! Do the series exactly as it’s laid out! Every day is moderate, there’s lots of variety and you’ll have the time and energy to enjoy the rest of your day.

Wanna shape your body by building muscle tone? 🍑 Awesome! There are three days of dumbbell work, so pick ONE to be your push day. Use the heaviest weight you can manage with excellent form.
