In fact, core strength is VITALLY IMPORTANT as we move into menopause and beyond. A healthy core stabilizes the spine, making everyday activities easier🛒🛀👩🏻🌾. But just as valuable, a STRONG CORE makes us less susceptible to balance-related falls, leading to a lower risk of injury and greater independence.
