We’re keeping it REAL✨ today, Killer Bs, in this February workout that has us practicing REAL LIFE movements we encounter every single day🌞!

You guys, I’m pretty sure this is one of the best workouts I’ve ever made.  EVER.  I had SO much fun filming📽 it, and I’ve been waiting excitedly to share it with YOU!

This is functional fitness that’s FUN!  (and, yes, it helps you LOSE WEIGHT, too!)

We’re practicing STANDING ABS and CORE STRENGTHENING movements that directly translate to REAL LIFE.  We’re getting small doses💊 of exercises that mimic the kinds of tasks we do as we go about our days. This is the very best present🎁 we can give ourselves so that we can stay active and healthy for years to come😊.

We’re moving quickly, efficiently and at a MODERATE PACE (of course!) that lets us focus on doing each move mindfully💭.

SET UP:
Timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds; we’re “inchworming” through the exercises and walking instead of rest; complete the circuit twice; there is NO REST

WARM UP
