One of the workouts that I get the most requests for is… all of them. 🤣 Seriously, I think I could post a new workout every day for at least a year and not make it through all of the requests I receive! (And, super quick side note, did you know that I have almost 600 workouts already posted? That’s enough to work out with me every single day for over a year and a half! And they’re all arranged into playlists on YouTube to make it easy to find what you’re looking for.) But MINI TRAMPOLINE workouts are way up on the list, and why not? They’re fast, they’re bouncy, they’re easy on the joints and they’re FUN! And today’s routine is especially great for you, with complex moves that tone your whole body while burning calories and fat.
So, let’s BOUNCE! Oh yeah, and get super sweaty and totally toned at the same time. 😅 This FULL BODY mini trampoline (also called a REBOUNDER) routine uses light dumbbells for quick and effective all over TONING. Get fit fast – it’s just ten minutes long! (Plus, there’s a bonus appearance from my cat Agatha 😻)
