Here are the FAST FACTS: ALL standing, NO jumping, NO overhead moves | LIGHT dumbbells | MODERATE day | INCLUDES warm up and cool down

It’s April🌷, my beloved Killer Bs, and this new CARDIO TONING workout is as invigorating as a spring day!  We’re grabbing our lightest set of dumbbells for a terrific sweat that includes NO overhead moves. And, yes, we can absolutely get toning benefits even if we keep our arms low🙌!

Don’t have or want to use dumbbells? No worries! There are no dumbbell police🚨 on duty here!  The workout is perfectly DOABLE and EFFECTIVE with or without weights.

While we’re moving, we’re chatting about joint pain🤕, the importance of muscle strength💪🏻, and how to listen to the signals📶 your body gives you. We can learn so much by simply tuning in!

Interval timer is set for 30 seconds; alternate between walking and other low impact cardio moves; complete each mini circuit twice; there is NO REST

Low Swinging Heel Digs
