Welcome to JULY🏖️, my friends!  We’re kicking off this month’s seven-day challenge with a super fun CARDIO WALKING PARTY💙🚶‍♀️🎈!  We’re mixing walking with other LOW IMPACT cardio moves for a workout that will leave you ENERGIZED, tapping your toes, and ready to take on the rest of your day!
