This STANDING CARDIO ABS routine has everything you need for WEIGHT LOSS, increased fitness, and an improved brain-body connection.  Some over 50 workouts will have you doing cardio on your feet and abs work on the floor, but this one’s all standing and all abs (even while we’re getting our heart rate up)!
