Here are the FAST FACTS: Level FOUR | NO equipment, NO jumping | Includes warm up + cool down | Burns 450 – 500 calories
NO equipment, NO jumping, NO repeating exercises, SOME transitions to the ground (which, of course, can be modified).
Including the warm up and cool down, we’ve got just over 50 minutes of healthy, heart-pumping action today, and this video is both challenging and FUN.
