Follow your Heart | Mini Challenge 8

It might be the week after Valentine’s Day, but I’ve still got your HEART on my mind, Killer B. So this week’s Mini Challenge is all about heart health and following your heart toward workouts that you both enjoy and get you where you want to go.

Yes, that means we’re doing lots of cardio this week!

It also means that we’re having a really important conversation on Tuesday’s Let’s RUN podcast about how to choose workouts that help you meet your goals (hint: it’s easier than you think!)

And, of course, each week with the Mini Challenge, you have so many great choices that you can always follow your heart!
