Tips to Get Motivated To Workout!

#1:  Have a GOAL 👉 and if you don’t want to call it a GOAL, simply know the reason WHY you want to exercise

#3:  Only do workouts you ENJOY 👉 because you won’t stick with exercise that isn’t FUN

#4:  Find the right amount of CHALLENGE 👉 it’s easy to do too much or too little, so know what you’re doing and why.
