Okay, super quick. I cannot believe I let an incredibly important date like this pass without mentioning it: HAPPY MINI CHALLENGE-IVERSARY, Killer Bs! Can you believe we’ve been (mini) challenging ourselves for a YEAR?!? Plus two weeks, because I let the date slip by… oops!
Have you been with the Mini Challenges for the whole time or did you join more recently? How has your fitness changed since you started?
One of the questions I get asked a lot by new clients, set on reaching a specific goal, is, “How long will it take me to _____ ?”
And my answer, every single time, is, “As long as it takes.”
That might not sound very nice. It might even sound discouraging!
But here’s the thing.
No matter what your goal, there are a lot of variables, some of which are in your control
- your dedication
- your perseverance
- your consistency
- your knowledge and skills
And some of which are not
- other people
- life changes
- … and so much more!
Maybe your fitness is totally different after a year of Mini Challenges and maybe it doesn’t seem like things have changed much at all. Maybe it’s just going to take a little longer, friend. Give yourself time.

WEDNESDAY’S workout is is all about picking up heavy things and putting them back down again! We’re not moving fast, but we’re sure getting sweaty with this quick 10-minute WEIGHT LOSS WEIGHT TRAINING routine, that I’ve paired with a similar SUGGESTED STACKER. So similar, in fact, that I’m wearing the same shirt in both videos. 🤣
On THURSDAY, we’re back to LOW IMPACT CARDIO with this abs-focused workout that’s a perfect length and just difficult enough that you can feel accomplished and get on with your day.
And FRIDAY, we’re finishing the week – as we do – with a finisher of a workout! This FULL BODY KETTLEBELL HIIT really brings the boom, with long intervals of both cardio and strength that’s a particularly efficient and effective way to shape and sculpt your body.
