I have a few sure-fire tips that get me feeling MOTIVATED to exercise year ‘round.

  1. Have a GOAL, and if you don’t want to call it a GOAL, simply know the reason WHY you want to exercise
  2. Have a ROUTINE.
  3. Only do workouts you ENJOY because you won’t stick with exercise that isn’t FUN
  4. Find the right amount of CHALLENGE. It’s easy to do too much or too little, so know what you’re doing and why.
  5. MIX things up.
