Set up:
Timer is set for ONE MINUTE intervals

Workout:
Starting with a WALKING pace, we’re increasing our speed every minute, progressing from a WALK to a JOG to a RUN. You may go at any speed that works for you (hint: it doesn’t actually have to be running!)
