Is it just me?  SEPTEMBER🍏 always feels like new beginnings, even though my kids have always gone back to school in August or – when they were really young – July.  There’s something about the cool mornings of not-quite-autumn that feel so full of promise!

So let’s ring in this season of beginnings with a fun new 7-day workout series!
