Okay, listen.  I know I make this reference every year (because the 4th of July here in America is all about FREEDOM), but it never gets old to me.

So, yes.

I’m singing George Michael songs today!  And you’re welcome for getting them stuck in your head.  (Btw, which one’s your favorite – the jaunty 1985 Wham! version, or the edgy solo song from 1990?  I like ‘em both, but prefer GM’s “Freedom! ‘90” better.)

And, yes.

I’m going to tie this theme into July’s🏖️ Monthly Challenge of workouts, where you have the FREEDOM to get fit and lose weight in your living room without being tied down to long, boring workouts.

Also?  I’m expressing a little *creative* FREEDOM this month, by including workouts with music!
