It’s the perfect push! Learn how to modify some of your favorite exercises to make them harder (or easier), while we’re improving endurance and burning a bunch of calories in less than 15 minutes.

Set Up:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds and 10 seconds; low impact exercises are performed for 20 seconds and the higher impact version for just 10 seconds. Because you can do anything for 10 seconds!

Exercises:
Modified Jacks + Jumping Jacks
Skiers + High Hand High Knees
Side Swing Tappers + Ice Skaters
180 Degree Squat Jumps + Close Squat Swings
Star Bursts + Star Jumps
Burpees + Walking Burpees
