Today’s the perfect day for a KNEE-FRIENDLY🦵 CARDIO burn🔥, where we’re moving our bodies, making our hearts strong, and having a super fun time!

If you know me at all (and if you don’t, a special hello👋 and welcome to you!), you already know that a good CARDIO workout is totally my jam🍯!  Today’s routine has us strengthening the most vital muscle in our body – our heart – while having FUN and keeping our KNEES safe, too!

We’re going LOW IMPACT today with no jumping, and taking it just a step🦶 further with NO LUNGES or SQUATS, and no transitions to the ground.  This workout is ideal for women of a “certain age” who are on a WEIGHT LOSS journey – think of it as your passport📝 to improved fitness and health!

SET UP:
Interval timer is set for 20 seconds; complete these exercises in “stepstools” of three by starting with one exercise then resting, adding a second exercise then resting, and finally completing all three before resting and moving on to the next set.
