It’s February, my friends, and today I’m inviting you to grab your lightest dumbbells (if you don’t have any, please do the workout without them – you’ll still get the benefits👍!) and join me in this fun, MODERATE routine. We move quickly, but at a pace that we can sustain for the entire workout – our “SWEET SPOT”🍬 so to speak.🙂

How important is “moderation,” anyway?  And why is it beneficial to “find” our core?  I’m revealing🔬 the answers to these burning🔥 questions today while we exercise!  You may be surprised to discover🔍 why these are so important for reaching our fitness and WEIGHT LOSS goals.

Timer is set for intervals of 30 seconds; we alternate between walking and other low impact or light strength moves; go through the circuit twice; there is NO REST
