Because I’m totally excited for you. It’s a big deal to take the first steps (ha, see what I did there?) toward becoming a RUNNER, and I feel like it’s a HUGE privilege to be on this journey with you! Together, we’re going to tackle the tough parts of learning to run, and enjoy the pure satisfaction of doing something you once thought you couldn’t. (A feeling I remember all too well. You’ll hear about my unlikely journey to becoming a runner during our walk-run workouts.)
So, here’s what happens next:
