It’s March🍃! We’re taking on an efficient CARDIO TONING workout today.  It’s one of my favorite workouts: WALKING WITH (very light) WEIGHTS.

We’re using our lightest dumbbells (or no weights at all!) for this MODERATE routine, but of course there’s just a pinch🤏 of challenge to keep us on our toes👣.

While we’re moving, we’re chatting about that word “MODERATE,” and I’m sharing tips for finding your sweet spot🍯 and revealing the number one thing you can do to get the MOST out of each workout you do.

Timer is set for intervals of 30 seconds; there are five mini circuits of four exercises each; complete each circuit twice before moving on; there is NO REST
