Love + Results | Mini Challenge 3

Happy Sunday, aka Happy Mini Challenge Day! Do you know why I love the Mini Challenge so much? Lots of reasons, really, but here are the top three:

  • They’re SHORT – I know lots of trainers put out monthly calendars and 30-day challenges, but I often look at something like that and think it’s just overwhelming. Five days is completely manageable.
  • They’re EFFECTIVE – When your workout program feels manageable, you’ll actually get the workouts done! The most effective workout is the one that you’re doing consistently.
  • They get RESULTS – When you’re consistent, your body makes changes. That’s straight up biology, my friend, and it’s indisputable!

This week’s Mini Challenge is another beautiful combination of love and results, and – as we do here in 2019 – there are just enough choices to make sure you can get YOUR best workout every day!
