Here are the FAST FACTS about today’s all-new workout: Level FOUR | Full Body STRENGTH | Dumbbells | 150 calories.
This workout is part brutal STRENGTH TRAINING, part MINDFUL MEDITATION, and ALL sweaty! Grab your dumbbells (I went with a “moderate” weight), because we’re picking up heavy things and putting them back down again to shape and sculpt our beautiful bodies, while thanking those amazing muscles for everything we can DO.
This one’s real tough if go heavy on your weights, so choose the right amount of challenge for YOU. Don’t let the short list fool you, this is 25 minutes of complex exercises that will find muscles you didn’t even know you had.
No timer, no counting – I went by “feel” and believe me, I was “feeling it” for days afterward! 🤣
