The fact is, you don’t have to jump to get a great cardio workout. This at-home routine is everything you love about high intensity work – nice and sweaty, full of endorphins, it burns plenty of calories to help you lose fat and feel great – while still being completely low impact. It’s friendly on your joints and tough on your heart and lungs (in a good way).

Intervals are set for 15 seconds; do first exercise, then rest, then second exercise + rest, then do both exercises before resting and moving on to the next pair
