This routine is simple enough for beginners (there’s no jumping and I’m using my lightest dumbbells!), but great for advanced exercisers, too!
Wanna make it tougher? Take the cardio sections at a faster pace and the weighted parts with heavier dumbbells. As your fitness improves, you can return to this workout again and again and get something new out of it every time.
